Shipping Information -

Local Purchase

We are located in New Zealand. This is an online shop so picking up is not possible. We provide free shipping on most products except for shampoos and scalp massage creams. It takes 3 - 5 working days for your orders to arrive. If your orders are needed urgently, please take the courier option. There is only one fixed shipping rate for shampoos which is $5.5 tracked.  Multiple items will be put in same postage bag and charged only once.

Overseas Purchase

Payment has to be made in New Zealand dollars via credit cards. We will confirm the total cost which includes shipping in an email. For Australian orders, the shipping fee would be about $22.00 (courier up to 2 kg). International Air Post is available worldwide for a single piece of hair extension.

Once we receive your order form, the system will immediately generate an order confirmation which will be emailed to you.   This will be followed (within 4 hours) by payment instructions giving you the total cost (including postage, if any) for your order.  You can pay by credit card via the link provided or pay by direct bank deposit, details of which will also be on the payment instructions.   Due to the fact that we do not keep a large number of stock, your order will be treated as cancelled if payment is not made within 3 working days.  We are happy to hold the products for you up to 7 days if you email us on the matter

Refund Policy -

Due to nature of the products, we basically have no refund or exhange policy on products like bra straps or hair extensions. However, you should be able to tell whether the hair piece is the colour you want without opening the see through package. If items are returned in an unused and unopened condition, we will refund you the total cost you have paid less postage and handling.  If you received free shipping on your order, we will still need to charge you back for the freight and handling costs. We make the decision for full refund only after checking the returned items.
